We are going to be changing the way we collect enrolment payments from all parents - instead of paying via our card machine, payments are going to be arranged via our direct debit system.

 

We use direct debits at our swim school in Bolton and we have found that parents find it more convenient as you’re not having to remember to bring your card every few weeks.

 

Our courses will now be ran in 5 week blocks, instead of monthly, so the payments will be less frequent. The price per lesson will be the same - £8.25 per lesson.

 

Parents will be debited £41.25 every 5th week to pay for 5 weeks of lessons.

The payment will be collected the week before the next course begins. The payment day will always be a Wednesday for all parents.

 

The first payment will be debited on Wednesday 25th May and will cover the 5 weeks from week commencing 30th May – week commencing 27th June.

 

From June onwards, card payments will only be permitted for one-off payments – for example, when paying for badges & certificates.

 

Our receptionist, Julie, will be helping you to set up your direct debit at the pool – you’ll just need to fill in a short form via our ipad which will include your name, address and your bank details – please remember to bring your bank card with you to your child's next lesson to set it up.
